Project Description

• The Village Board has put into place a 10-year update to its comprehensive plan that will address the community’s future growth and development. The plan revises population and housing information and analyzes trends.  For example, the plan identifies Little Chute’s downtown as a place where pedestrian activity will occur naturally due to successful businesses, adequate housing types, vibrant activities and a solid trail system in the area.  Martenson and Eisele, Inc. is proud to have taken part in developing this plan’s update.
