Project Description

• Town approached M&E to undertake a detailed study of development alternatives for their newly acquired 9.81-acre park.

• Concept and Development Alternatives report included potential layouts, cost alternatives, a phased development plan and donation / funding opportunities.
  
   

M&E Approach

• Applied for and secured a WDNR Stewardship Grant to fund acquisition of the park.

• Facilitated workshop meetings with Town Staff and Parks Committee to brainstorm alternative concepts.

• Performed an alternative cost-benefit analysis to determine the most economically, environmentally, and publicly friendly concept.

• Provided the Town with fundraising strategies.
