Project Description:
We worked with the municipality on an area that had a need which included both permanent and temporary easements. Duties included conducting a topography survey used for the sewer design and also for the perimeter survey of the easement area, legal description and reference map of the easement area. Preparing the recordable easement documents. Worked with the property owners by answering questions and obtaining signatures. The final step is recording the document at the register of deeds office at the local courthouse. The Harrison Utilities District had over 2 miles of easement area needed for the project and had 60 Property owners affected by this.
