Project Description:
Three phases of this 142-acre development have been completed. The project is located north-west of the intersection of County JJ/Edgewood Drive and French Road. The residential lots are on average 1/3 of an acre. Emerald Valley Estates, LLC has developed 80 lots of the potential future 200 plus lots that are currently projected.
