Project Description:
The Cottages at Woodside Green is a sustainable neighborhood that opened in the City of Neenah. The project features green techniques such as rain gardens, pervious road shoulders, protected wetlands, and infiltration techniques to return storm water into the ground instead of using storm ponds. The City of Neenah and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources are supporting this project to demonstrate environmentally friendly development.
