- Field survey the existing conditions & topography.
- Conduct a wetland delineation of the swale corridors.
- Model total flows entering each waterway.
- Design a cross-section for post-dredging conditions to handle existing and future flows for the 100-year storm.
- Notify adjacent properties of dredging activities.
- Correspond with the WDNR regarding culvert replacement and design.
- Submit an Individual Permit Application for Dredging Activities to WDNR.
- Provide staking and feedback during construction.
Project Description:
- City residents were noticing water backup within two swales north of CTH CE.
- Dredging 0.6 miles of the swales was proposed to remove silt and vegetation impeding flow.
