This multi-tenant retail building is designed to be as flexible as possible for future tenants. A clear-span structure eliminates interior columns and the building width was extended as far as the site allows. The exterior features masonry accented by engineered wood siding. Wall heights are varied to break up the building’s massing and highlighting the different retail spaces. Taller “tower” elements anchor each end and direct the shoppers to the entrances.

Martenson & Eisele also designed the subsequent tenant buildouts for this building which include a fitness studio, hair salon, insurance agency, and chiropractor. The building is set up to contain a small to medium size retail store with a drive through window.
