Martenson & Eisele designed a new 5,000 square foot office for a local title insurance company. The building is located in a Green Bay neighborhood that includes a mixture of businesses and residences. This context led to a design with compatible form, massing and materials.

Natural daylighting was a priority during the design process. Every workspace, including the basement, receives abundant natural light which creates a more pleasant workspace and reduces electricity costs. 

Exterior materials were selected for durability and to produce a natural look. The exterior features a balance of natural stone and horizontal engineered wood siding.
