Martenson & Eisele completed two projects at B&B Metal Processing Company, a metal recycling operation. M & E prepared construction documents and State plan submittals for a new office building and a new office building and a new scrap metal sorting building at B&B’s site in Newton. Both projects were delivered as design-build contracts with Bill Lorrigan Construction, Inc. of Reedsville serving as the general contractor. 

 

The office building is 4,000 square feet with two stories. It is constructed of precast concrete and structural steel. The steel structure is featured on the exterior of the building as an expression of the nature of B&B’s business.
