Project Description

Horizon Development approached Martenson & Eisele, Inc. indicating that Festival Foods is proposing a new store on Oneida Street in Menasha, WI.

Martenson & Eisele, Inc., based upon their experience and good working relationship with all of the approving authorities, stated that the opening goal was a reality. We accepted the project and were able to have all of the permits and approvals in place for construction to commence in a timely manner.

Martenson & Eisele, Inc., was involved with facilitating the following project responsibilities; topographic survey, wetland delineation, wetland filling permitting, site design, runoff analysis, utility coordination and construction related services.
