This development consists of multiple commercial buildings including Menards, Festival Foods, Culver's Resaturant, Wendy's Restaurant, and Community First Credit Union.  The development is located on 35 acres within the West Town Center development located in the City of Oshkosh.  The on site building area was approximately 7.50 acres. Parking lots accounted for another 18 acres. 

 

The first step was to establish a working first floor elevation to best match the surrounding topography and to ensure proper drainage for the entire site.

 

A series of connected ponds were designed to handle the 100-year rainfall.  Martenson & Eisele worked with the City of Oshkosh to ensure the onsite detention facilities would contain the 100-year rainfall.
