This renovation project included the complete demolition of the interior first floor of the 90-year-old structure and the addition of kitchen space in the rear.  This upscale restaurant caters to the summer tourist trade in and around Green Lake, Wisconsin.  A new facade was developed at street level and easier access was provided from the sloping sidewalk.  The building also houses two upper level apartments which received a new street level access as well. This project was completed during the winter of 2002 in order to open for the summer tourist season.
