Bell Heights Center - Appleton, WI

The Bell Heights Center is a strip type development located in a TIF District on West Wisconsin Avenue in Appleton. Construction of the building shell was completed in the spring of 2002 for the 27,860 square foot mini-mall of pre-engineered construction.  Bob Hoffmann was the project architect for this $1,337,000 building. It has 12 tenant spaces ranging from 2,100 SF to 2,550 SF. The elevation was designed to give each of the tenant spaces an individual identity and to accentuate the different sized spaces that were available. We have also completed plans for six of the twelve tenant finish-out spaces in this retail facility and are currently working on two more tenant finish-out projects. The project shell was completed in May of 2002. Martenson & Eisele also performed the land surveying work, civil engineering, environmental assessment, and construction staking for the project.
