RESIDENTIAL

Martenson & Eisele has worked with property owners and developers in creating value in the residential marketplace since 1977. Within the residential market are a variety of clients, ranging from the farmer who is thinking about developing his property to the national developer of multi-family housing. We are involved in many different aspects of the residential market from site selection and design to infrastructure design and engineering to the design of multi-family and condominium housing.

 

COMMERCIAL

We work with property owners, developers, and facilities managers in developing and maintaining retail and office space that meets the needs of their clients and employees. The types of projects range from new construction to interior build-outs to a complete remodeling.

 

EDUCATION

We work with school districts, colleges, and universities in providing their students with a positive learning environment. Our knowledge of where development is going to occur and the latest in educational facility trends and design keeps our education market one step ahead of the need to meet the demands of their students.

 

GOVERNMENT

We work with communities in promoting jobs and tax base through the development of industrial and business parks and the revitalization of older commercial areas, in providing the residents of the community with inviting parks and recreational areas, and in building and remodeling government facilities to better provide municipal services.

 

RELIGION

We work with the members and staff of religious organizations on building or remodeling the facilities needed to carry out their mission in the community.
